A certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner with a Ph.D. in Rhetorical Pedagogy, Dustin specializes in "institutionalizing" horticultural mastery. He's managed 500,000+ clones annually, consulted for 37 sites and now serves as Manufacturing Director for one of only two vertical licenses in Iowa. Dustin architects the workforce training and automated systems that ensure our operations remain efficient, safe, and highly scalable.

LEIGH MARR, MA
Leigh is a Civil Engineer with 20+ years of experience managing $30M+ CAPEX projects for national brands like Wegmans and Tailored Brands. Leigh provides the institutional-grade oversight necessary to build out our high-yield infrastructure on time, under budget, and to exacting industrial specifications. Leigh ensures that investor capital is deployed with the industrial integrity required for a high-yield enterprise.​​

Micah combines "Emerald Triangle" legacy experience with an M.S. in Cannabis Science from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. He translates pharmaceutical-grade rigor into our cultivation and formulation processes, ensuring our genetics and products meet the highest clinical and therapeutic standards.
